NOTE: Not all classes are available during the regular weekly schedule. However, we can create any of the classes below for you with a minimum of four students.

Dance Classes


Belly Dancing
A low impact cardio workout inspired by the music and moves of the middle-eastern region; you will learn to gain control of your body as you isolate muscle groups one by one. Not just for the abdominals, but also for toning your arms and legs! An uncomplicated exercise that doesn't require too much coordination and flexibility. Also known as Oriental Dance.

Jazz Class
Jazz is essential if you want to learn how to dance! You will learn all the basic movements of dance such as the proper ways to turn, kick, "spot", and use your arms. You will also gain the flexibility that jazz dancers are known for. Incorporates lots of flexibility and coordination exercises.

HipHop Class
An instructional class on how to execute basic dance moves and street grooves using modern hard-hitting hiphop beats! Getn jiggeh!

Ballroom Dancing
Tango, Cha-cha, Boogie, Pasadoble, Foxtrot and more. Learn the basics of classical ballroom dancing here!

Chinese Dance
Embody the gracefulness and emotion of chinese stories set to music. From the position of your fingers to the little steps reminiscent of old chinese women with bound feet; you will learn to create drama throught the chinese songs that are played.

Kids Dance
For kids aged 5-12 years old! Have fun learning the latest dance moves using a combination of jazz, bellydance and hiphop steps!

Hawaiian Dance
For kids and adults. Have fun doing the graceful hula to classic hawaiian and modern tunes as well as learning the edgier Tahitian style.

Fitness Classes


Yogilates
A mixture of yoga and pilates incorporating the most effective techniques of both exercises; that will stretch and tone all your muscles.

Pilates
Pilates will strengthen and tone all the muscle groups of your body as well as improving your posture. All exercises will teach you how to align your body and find your center. This is a low-impact exercise fit for all ages and body types.

Yoga
The downward facing dog, the sun salutation, and a whole bunch of Asanas! Learn the positions, the lifestyle, and maybe even vegitarianism! A holistic way to cure your body of ailments and a great way to learn balance, centering, breathing and flexibility.

Striptease
Learn the Art of sensual dancing while toning your body in this fun and naughty low impact class. Don't worry, you don't have to shed off your clothes... that is, if you don't want to.


Retro
A high-impact cardio workout using the disco music and groovy dance moves of the 60's, 70's, and 80's. Break a sweat with Kool and the Gang, Earth Wind and Fire and Gloria Gaynor! It's hot stuff!

Cardio Striptease
A low-impact cardio workout that uses sensual moves and sexy choreography to tone your legs, buns, stomach and arms. Strip away your inhibitions while stripping away the flab! (To all you conservatives, don't worry it still manages a "General Patronage" from the MTRCB and won't damage your sensibilities!)

HipHop Aero
A high-impact cardio workout using the music and moves of R&B, HipHop and Rap music. A great way to lose pounds without thinking that you're actually exercising!

Cardio Kickboxing
Punch and kick your way to a fit body. A whole body, high-intensity workout that focuses and muscle toning, balance and flexibility.

CardioDance
A cardio workout with a mix of latin, hiphop, jazz, streetdance and classic aerobic moves! Bottomline... you move, you sweat, you lose weight and have fun!


Martial Arts


Kickboxing
American style kickboxing from Nat-Kick Philippines.

Capoeira
Learn the Brazilian martial art which fuses self-defense with dance in this rythmic and dynamic class.

Taekwondo
Learn the classic art of self-defense, balance and agility.
